Treatment Director

Position Overview

The Treatment Director is a full-time, exempt position reporting directly to the CEO [T3C] and/or Program Director. This role is responsible for the primary oversight and clinical management of the agency's therapeutic services, ensuring that all treatment programs are effectively directed and managed [T3C] in accordance with the agency's Evidence-informed Treatment Model and Service Package requirements.

[T3C] This position fulfills the Treatment Director requirements for all T3C Service Packages including Mental & Behavioral Health Support Services, IDD/Autism Spectrum Disorder Support Services, Substance Use Support Services, Short-Term Assessment Support Services, and T3C Treatment Foster Family Care Support Services.
