Treatment Director - Part-Time

Position Overview

The Treatment Director is a part-time, exempt position reporting directly to the CEO and/or Program Director. This role's primary responsibility is developing and overseeing individualized service plans for all children in care, ensuring clinical oversight and compliance with regulatory requirements. [T3C] This position fulfills the Treatment Director requirements for all T3C Service Packages including Mental & Behavioral Health Support Services, IDD/Autism Spectrum Disorder Support Services, Substance Use Support Services, Short-Term Assessment Support Services, and T3C Treatment Foster Family Care Support Services while operating on a part-time basis as permitted by T3C guidelines.

Position Structure

This position is structured to meet T3C Treatment Director requirements for both Mental & Behavioral Health Support Services and IDD/Autism Spectrum Disorder Support Services packages while focusing primarily on service plan development, clinical supervision, and oversight. The part-time nature allows for efficient use of clinical expertise while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Treatment Director serves as the clinical leader ensuring that all children receive appropriate, trauma-informed services tailored to their specific needs, whether those needs involve mental health diagnoses, developmental disabilities, or both.
