Decided (June 2026): Basic Snapshots run every 90 days — the RCC contract requires 90-day reviews, which supersedes the 6-month TAC baseline until the contract changes. Basic CANS follows the minimum stated requirement: annual (age 3+) per FC-T3C-01 / April 2026 Blueprint pp.50-58 — a Basic Snapshot is never failed for a "missing" 90-day CANS. SU sign-off is dual (PD + TD) per FC-CSR-01 §3.1. Basic is not submitted to SSCC/DFPS per FC-CSR-01 §3.1.
Basic Logic Model says "6-month reviews" — update that artifact to the decided 90-day cadence.
FC3-01 / FC-CSR-01 still carry 6-month Basic language and a 90-day Basic CANS claim — redlines pending per the P&P alignment review memo.
TFFC three-party (PD + TD + SSCC/DFPS) vs. FC-CSR-01 dual signature — verify against April 2026 Blueprint pp.137-148 when convenient; low priority, TFFC not currently in credentialing.

The plan itself is living and continuously maintained; the Snapshot freezes, signs, and files it. All Blueprint citations follow the April 2026 edition (T3C-BLUEPRINT-INDEX.md).
